These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ParkSlots mobile application (the "App") provided by ParkSlots ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the App. Your continued use following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Description of Service

The App provides a parking companion service that allows users to find nearby parking zones on an interactive map, start timed parking sessions, track parking costs, receive reminders, navigate to parking zones, and manage multiple vehicles. The App uses OpenStreetMap data, Nominatim geocoding, and OSRM routing services. All user data is stored locally on your device.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any parking zone information, pricing data, availability, or navigation directions. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local parking laws and regulations.

User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
• Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the App without written permission.
• Verify all parking information independently and comply with local parking regulations.
• Use the navigation features responsibly and not operate the App while driving.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ParkSlots and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY PARKING INFORMATION, PRICING, MAP DATA, OR NAVIGATION DIRECTIONS PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ParkSlots SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY PARKING FINES, TOWING CHARGES, OR OTHER LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE APP.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated "Last Updated" date indicates when revisions were made. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
